Our Staff

    Luis Diaz is a carpentry foreman and is skilled in framing, trim work, windows and doors, siding and flooring installations.  Luis has been employed by Metzler Bros. since 1995.  His work partners as his brother Cruz and son Fernando, who is also a musician with a local Mariachi band.  Luis and wife, Melissa own a house in Dayton and the children attend John Wayland Elementary.

    Paulino Torres and his two sons Antonip and Octavio are skilled painters and finisher of concrete, Drywall and plaster.  Paulino has been employed by Metzler Bros. for 23 years and Antonio for 8 years.  Octanio is a graduate of Turner Ashby High School and has attended Blue Ridge Community College, but says he wants to work with his Dad and older brother.   The Torres family owns a home in Dayton.  Paulino and his wife, Juliette, who works a t Marshalls, recently became first-time proud grandparents.

 

    Buddy is a master carpenter and mason and does exquiite trim work.  Buddy has been employed by Metzler Bros. for 16 years.  Previously employed locally by other builders, he has found a home with Metzler Bros. and we are grateful for his skills and leadership.  Many years ago, Buddy built a beautiful home in Manassas for his “N.A.S.A” scientist sister that has 38 corners.  Buddy takes exceptional pride in his work

      Jose Hemandez and brother-in-law Guillermo Ramyel and Paleman Ganzales are all long-time employees of Metzler Bros.  Skilled carpenters, mason and painters their specially is performing the impossible and roasted chicken.  Jose owns a home in Bridgewater and along with his wife Guadalupe, are new grandparents by daughter Zornaida, a graduate of Turner Ashby High School and married to Joel of the IGA.  Jose works weekends helping build an addition to their church Incendie una Luz. 

    Guillermo Rangel and wife Sylvia own a home in Harrisonburg and their children attend Spotswood High School.  Guillermo or “Memo” has forbidden his children from making him a grandfather for at least 6 years.

     Paleman Ganzaloz, or Polly, and wife Clara, who works at Cargill with Memo’s wife Sylvia, live in Harrisonburg with their children who attend Waterman Elementary.  Polly says he will be a granddad “maybe in his next life”.

   Francisco Ruiz and his brother-in-law work partner Sylvino Trjillo have worked with Metzler Bros. for 16 and 12 years.  These men excel at completing whatever task is asked of them without complaint.  Francisco or “Chico” is a good mechanic and maintains Metzler Bros. equipment and vehicles.  He is also a skilled operator of our Caterpillar equipment.
